Andrea’s journey began as a Master of Laws (LLM) with over a decade of success in corporate law. Her legal expertise equipped her with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the challenges of climbing the corporate ladder. Beyond her legal career, Andrea also founded and ran a small business, giving her firsthand insight into the entrepreneurial mindset and the complexities of sustaining private enterprises.

As a mother, wife, and former expat, Andrea understands the delicate balance required to juggle personal and professional lives. Having lived in Africa and later returning to her home country as an “expat in return,” she brings invaluable perspectives on the transitions and adjustments involved in these unique experiences.

Despite her achievements in law, Andrea’s true passion lies in empowering others. She pursued professional coaching certifications from two prestigious institutes:

  • The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC, USA)
  • The Institute for Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL, Australia)

After completing rigorous training and practical coaching experience, Andrea earned her International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation, securing her place among globally recognized coaching professionals.
