How to use
Grilled tuna steak recipe for 500 gr (35 mins prep, 10 mins cooking):
For the marinade: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1 clove minced garlic. Marinade the steaks (2-4 of them) and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 

Preheat the grill on high heat. Lightly oil the grill. Cook the tuna steaks for 5-6 mins for well done. Turn and cook for another 5-6 mins on the other side while topping with marinade. Adjust cooking time according to preference.
