Raw Citrus Blossom Honey

Description
The yum-yum tastiest honey and hands-up favourite of almost all kids and of a lot of grownups, too! Very sweet with a citrusy edge that some find a bit sharp for the throat, but will mature into a "tutti frutti" fruit candy taste over time.

Why we like it
Raw honey, chemical and pesticide free. Citrus honey, perhaps due to this sharp acidic essence exactly, is great against colds and cough! It is also an ideal breakfast honey for toast, crepes, feteer, or drizzle it onto any other dessert including basbousa, konafa, Umm Ali, or to add an interesting touch to plain vanilla ice cream.
