Why we like them
* Cucumbers are crunchy and refreshing due to their high water content.
* They are excellent for meeting your hydration goals due to their 95% water content, and a low calorie food, but they also offer potassium, vitamins K and C, and several phytochemicals with promising health benefits (supporting heart health and blood sugar control, reducing cancer risk). 
* They blend well with the famous celery juice if you  struggle to drink celery juice on its own. Read below for more on the juice.

How to use them
* First the obvious: use it raw in salads, as finger food (cucumbers and carrot sticks).
* If celery juice is a no go, then drinking cucumber juice in the morning is great for liver detox. Then slowly move to a mix of cucumber, celery and apple juice, while gradually reducing the cucumber and apple content until you get to celery juice only which is the most nutritious and ideal for cleansing.
* Use it as a garnish for your dishes
* Make cucumber English sandwich on top of cream
* Add cucumber to your drinks: lemon and cucumber water is deliciously hydrating  (apart from weight loss, it has many potential health benefits, including improving skin health and lowering blood pressure) or cocktails (Pimms, Hendrick's etc).
