Banana flower raw honey

Description
This is a serious crowd pleaser for the grown-ups, and a strong No. 2 for the kids. The natural sweetness of honey here is well balanced by the tartness of banana blossom nectar - it is not overpoweringly sweet and perhaps thereby more pleasant to enjoy by the spoon, on its own. Tastes not like fresh banana, but like baked banana and prunes. 

Why we like it
Raw, unpasteurised, pure honey. Not overpoweringly sweet. Its darker colour is a sign of rich mineral content, important for example in case of anemia, or for regaining lost blood, or simply all-round healthy diet. Possibly helpful against bronchitis.

How to use
Try it also in salad dressings, in any milky drinks similar to date milk, and the kids will absolutely love it in their hot cocoa. Can be used as bbq glaze or dip, over oats or muesli, or on dark toast.
