Panagiotis Tsintavis is a passionate advocate for health and wellness, with an extensive background in nutrition, functional medicine, and integrative health. His journey into the world of health and nutrition began in 2012, driven by personal reasons to explore various wellness practices and dietary changes. The profound improvements in his mood, energy, and gut health fueled his dedication to helping others experience similar transformations. Today, Panagiotis is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, providing personalized, research-backed guidance to support his clients’ holistic wellness.

With a deep-rooted belief that each individual’s needs are unique, Panagiotis integrates mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, tai chi, and the latest research in systems biology and epigenetics into his practice.
