Veal - Boneless tenderloin cuts

Description
Enjoy boneless veal cuts from tenderloin area, trimmed of fat, grass and grains fed. The veal meat is sourced from livestock farm deep in the valley, away from pollution and with access to pure spring water. Feed is primarily from domestic greens and domestic grains such as green corn, alfalfa, corn kernals, beans and wheat shells. Ratio greens to grains range from 50% to 80% depending on season and farm.

Delivered in frozen pieces in 700 gr vacuum-sealed packaging.

Why we like it
Non GMO and chemicals free veal tenderloin. Beef tenderloin is a good source of several minerals, in particular zinc, selenium and phosphorus. It also contains significant amounts of iron, potassium and magnesium, with between 5-10 % of your recommended daily intake of each.
