1) Bone broth is rich in essential nutrients, minerals and trace elements: iron, vitamin A and K, Magnesium, manganese, selenium, zinc and fatty acids
2) Collagen in the form of gelatin, along with the glycosaminoglycans help to protect joints from wear and tear and fight osteoarthritis: studies have shown that collagen helps to improve knee joint pain and stiffness and physical function.
3) Reduce inflammation and aid in gut healing, amino acids especially glutamine, which have been shown to heal gut permeability. "Leaky gut" syndrome where the gut lining is damaged, can cause widespread inflammation, interfere with absorption of nutrients and weakens immunity.

Ingredients: Organic Beef and/or chicken bones, onion, garlic, bay leaf, star anise, peppercorns, celery, carrot. Made in Egypt. Shelf life: 3 weeks refrigerated. May be stored in freezer for 6 months.
