How to use
Eat on their own as a snack, add them to salads or use as (edible and healthy) garnish on your main dish. Use it as a topping for your pizza, replacing regular arugula. 

Ingredients, Origin and Storage: 100% micro arugula. Produced in Egypt, through indoor vertical farming, in a controlled environment, without the use of pesticides or even fertilisers (the plant/seed itself has enough nutrition to feed its small size). Store in the refrigerator for a week or up to one month if there is no humidity inside the container.
