Description
Almond flour, soaked prior to blanching. Then the almonds are slowly dehydrated and slightly roasted prior to being milled into a full-nut-fat almond flour. Comes in packs of 250 gr or 1 kg.
Why we like it
The almond flour comes in full-fat, with absolutely no additives added to render it into a drier finer flour. A healthy alternative to wheat flour, in particular if you are looking to lose weight.
